.010 The approval or conditional approval of a vesting tentative map shall confer a right to proceed with the development in accordance with, and subject to, the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and this chapter.
.020 Notwithstanding the foregoing subsection .010, a permit, approval or entitlement to proceed with the development may be conditioned or denied if any of the following findings are made:
A. A failure to so condition or deny would place the residents of the subdivision or the immediate community, or both, in a condition dangerous to their health or safety or both.
B. Any denial or additional condition is required in order to comply with state or federal law. (Ord. 4776 § 1 (part); November 12, 1986: Ord. 5191 § 10; December 11, 1990.)
