17.08.330 RELATION OF LAND REQUIRED TO POPULATION DENSITY.
   It is determined that the public interest, convenience, health, welfare and safety require that one and one-half acres of property, for each one thousand persons residing within the City, be devoted to park and recreational purposes. (Ord. 3474 § 2 (part); October 21, 1975.)
