17.08.230 RELATION OF LAND REQUIRED TO POPULATION DENSITY.
   It is hereby found and determined that the public interest, convenience, health, welfare and safety require that two acres of property, for each one thousand persons residing within this City, be devoted to park and recreational purposes.
