Upon completion of the planting and the installation of the sprinkler system an inspection shall be performed by the responsible landscape architect to certify compliance with the approved plans and to perform a functional test of the sprinkler system. Said landscape architect shall certify in writing to the City of Anaheim Development Services Department that the soils, additives and amendments, weed control, planting of the slopes and the installation of the irrigation system comply to the approved plans and to all the provisions of Sections 17.06.130, to and including 17.06.140.
