There is hereby imposed a reinspection fee for each inspection or reinspection conducted by the Fire Department when all or a portion of work required by an order or notice is not completed or corrections are not made within the time limit set forth in the order or notice.
This section requiring reinspection fees shall not apply to the original inspection which disclosed the violation(s) nor to the first follow-up inspection to determine if corrections have been made, but shall apply to all subsequent inspections. (Ord. 4949 § 1 (part); August 9, 1988.)
