16.09.100 DATE OF COMPLIANCE.
   The owner of each high-rise building subject to this chapter shall comply with all requirements of this chapter not specifically waived or deferred by the Fire Chief by January 1, 1992. (Ord. 4998 § 1 (part); March 7, 1989.)
