16.09.030 APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER.
   The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all high-rise buildings in the City of Anaheim for which a building permit is issued prior to January 1, 1974. (Ord. 4998 § 1 (part), March 7, 1989.)
