15.70.060   RESPONSIBILITY FOR MAINTENANCE.
   Every owner or owner's representative of a rental/motel property in the City shall:
   1.   Maintain the rental/motel property so that no substandard condition exists at or on the rental/motel property;
   2.   Correct all substandard conditions before a re-inspection occurs; and
   3.   Be liable for violations of this Chapter regardless of any contract or agreement with any third party concerning the rental/motel property. (Ord. 6297 § 1 (part); March 4, 2014: Ord. 6403 § 1 (part); April 4, 2017.)
