.010 It shall be the duty of the Planning and Building Director, or his or her designated representative, to assign the respective numbers for premises in the manner prescribed in this chapter. Requests shall be made in written form to the Planning and Building Department and shall be accompanied by a processing fee in such amount as may be established from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
