This chapter is hereby established for the purpose of regulating and controlling the naming of streets and the assignment of premises numbers in the City of Anaheim. It is the intent of this chapter to establish a coordinated system of premises numbering, establish an official system of street naming, provide methods for instituting said systems, and provide for the enforcement thereof. In order to facilitate the correct naming and numbering, said system is shown on the official maps known as Quarter Section Maps, hereinafter referred to as the Address and Street Name Master Plan.
