15.07.020 SCOPE.
   The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all buildings constructed with unreinforced masonry bearing walls as defined herein.
   Exception: This division shall not apply to detached one or two family dwellings and detached apartment houses containing less than five dwelling units and used solely for residential purposes. (Ord. 5076 § 1 (part); November 14, 1989.)
