15.05.030   ADMINISTRATION.
   The Building Official is authorized to administer the provisions of this Chapter. The Building Official shall have approval authority for applications to install, alter and replace Electric Vehicle Charging Stations through the issuance of a building permit or similar nondiscretionary permit.
