With respect to any intersection restricted pursuant to Section 14.56.010 above, the City Traffic and Transportation Manager is hereby authorized to place and maintain, or cause to be placed and maintained, appropriate signs at or near those corners where the City Traffic and Transportation Manager determines that the making of a right turn against a red or "stop" signal would seriously interfere with the safe and orderly flow of traffic.
