Any person, firm, association or corporation moving or operating upon any highway in the City of Anaheim any vehicle, combination of vehicles, mobile equipment or load contrary to any term or condition of a permit issued under the authority of Chapter 14.52 hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and such permit shall be revoked and canceled by the Director of Public Works.
