It is unlawful to ride a bicycle, skateboard, roller skates, coaster, tricycle, toy vehicle or similar device upon the Anaheim Civic Center parking structure, or any other City-owned parking structure. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of an infraction and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to (1) a fine of not more than Twenty Dollars for the first violation; and (2) not less than Twenty-Five Dollars for each additional violation of this section within one year.
