14.01.010   DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of any provision of this Title 14, the following words, terms and phrases shall have the meanings hereinafter respectively set forth:
   .010 The terms ‘City Traffic Engineer," "City Engineer" and "City Manager," as used in this title, shall mean the Traffic and Transportation Manager of the City of Anaheim, unless otherwise expressly stated to the contrary. (Ord. 5919 § 13; June 8, 2004.)
