It shall be unlawful for any person to enter any swimming pool maintained or operated by the City of Anaheim, without first having a shower bath and otherwise complying with all the safety rules and regulations prescribed by the State of California and the County of Orange; and it shall be unlawful for any person, after being in such swimming pool, to leave the same and re-enter without first taking a shower bath; it shall be unlawful for any person having a communicable disease or infectious disease of any kind, or suffering from cough, cold, fever, sores or wearing bandages to enter any such swimming pool.
