12.20.040   UNAUTHORIZED REMOVAL OF OFFICIAL BARRIERS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to remove or cause to be removed any barrier or any portion of any barrier erected or maintained by the City, or any barrier lawfully erected or maintained by any private contractor or utility company pursuant to this chapter, without the knowledge and consent of the City's Field Engineer or any of his or her inspectors.(Ord. 5855 § 33 (part); April 29, 2003.)
