It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to drive or operate any automobile, motorcycle, bicycle, or other vehicle over or upon any public street, avenue, alley, sidewalk or any public highway, or any portion thereof, within the City of Anaheim, on which the work of grading, paving, constructing or repairing is being or has been done, or is then in progress and which is effectively guarded or protected by barriers in such a manner as to indicate that traffic is excluded therefrom.(Ord. 5855 § 33 (part); April 29, 2003.)
