It shall be unlawful for any person to spit from the mouth any saliva, tobacco juice or expectorative upon any sidewalk, curb, stairway or entrance thereto, or upon the floor of any public hall within the City of Anaheim, or to eject from the nose, throat or lungs any phlegm or expectorative upon any sidewalk, curb, stairway or entrance thereto or upon the floor of any public hall within the City of Anaheim.
