.010 Except as otherwise provided herein, the following vehicles shall be prohibited on all parking lots and parking structures of the Anaheim Stadium, Anaheim Convention Center and Anaheim Arena:
.0101 Any “all-terrain vehicle” as defined in California Vehicle Code Section 111.
.0102 Any “golf cart” as defined in California Vehicle Code Section 345.
.0103 Any “low-speed vehicle” as defined in California Vehicle Code Section 385.5.
.0104 Any “motor-driven cycle” as defined in California Vehicle Code Section 405.
.0105 Any “motorized bicycle” or “moped” as defined in California Vehicle Code Section 406.
.0106 Any “motorized quadricycle” as defined in California Vehicle Code Section 407.
.0107 Any “motorized tricycle” as defined in California Vehicle Code Section 407.
.0108 Any “motorized scooter” as defined in California Vehicle Code Section 407.5.
.0109 Any other vehicle not otherwise included in this section .010, whether powered by gas or electricity, not registered for use on the highways of the State of California.
.020 This section shall not apply to any duly authorized employee, agent, officer, lessee, tenant or contractor of the City of Anaheim acting in the course of duty, nor shall it apply to anyone who has been granted written permission to operate any of the vehicles described in subsection .010 in the parking lots or parking structures of the Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim Stadium or Anaheim Arena property from the general manager of the facility or such other person duly authorized by the owner or lessee of the facility to give such permission.
.030 Any person violating this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of an infraction. (Ord. 6008 § 1; December 20, 2005.)
