10.24.050   REGULATIONS AUTHORIZED.
   The General Manager is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations governing cross-connections and may adopt all or part of the Manual of Cross-Connection Control as such part or all of said rules and regulations. (Ord. 5725 § 2 (part); April 18, 2000.)
