10.12.080 SEWER CONSTRUCTION AND RECONSTRUCTION FUND.
   There is hereby created the Sewer Construction and Reconstruction Fund. All monies collected pursuant to the authority of Section 10.12.070 shall be placed in the Sewer Construction and Reconstruction Fund and shall only be used for the expansion, reconstruction and repair of the sanitary sewer system.
