In the event that any person, firm or corporation shall fail to pay any sanitation charge when the same becomes due, the City may, in addition to any other remedies it has, discontinue any of said services and facilities referred to in this chapter, and shall not resume the same to such person, firm or corporation until all delinquent charges together with any charges necessitated by resumption of such services and facilities and any required deposit, have been fully paid.
