There is hereby created a fund which shall be known as the Sanitation Fund. All money collected pursuant to the charges fixed by the City Council for use of the City's sanitation services, including solid waste collection, maintenance of the wastewater collection and disposal system, and street cleaning shall be placed in said fund.
