10.06.010 PURPOSE AND INTENT.
   The purpose of this chapter is to establish regulations for the use, award and evaluation of Design-Build contracts for Public Works Projects as required by Section 1212 of the Anaheim City Charter. (Ord. 6201 §1 (part); January 25, 2011.)
