8.22.010 INTENT AND PURPOSE.
   The City Council finds and determines that persons should be protected from the unintentional viewing of the slaughtering of animals and due to an increase in the slaughtering and butchering of animals in residential areas, it is necessary to place restrictions on this activity. (Ord. 4188 § 1 (part); November 12, 1980.)
