8.04.010 ANIMALS—RESTRAINT, PUBLIC BUILDINGS.
   No person owning or having charge, custody, care or control of any animal, bird or reptile shall permit said animal, bird or reptile to be at large, or trespass upon the Main City Library or any Branch Library of the City of Anaheim. This section shall not apply to Guide dogs, as authorized by Section 54.2, Civil Code of the State of California. (Ord. 4443 § 1; July 19, 1983: Ord. 6529 § 1; May 24, 2022.)
