6.95.020 ENFORCEMENT RESPONSIBILITY.
   Pursuant to Section 17050 of the California Health and Safety Code, this City assumes responsibility for the enforcement of Chapters 1 — 6, Part 1, Division 13 of the Health and Safety Code, and regulations adopted thereunder, in the City of Anaheim. (Ord. 5354 (part); February 2, 1993.)
