6.68.020 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any business of laundering, sanitizing or selling wiping rags in the City of Anaheim unless, in addition to any other permit or license which may be required, he has a valid permit issued annually by the Health Officer. (Ord. 3462 § 1 (part); September 2, 1975.)
