6.64.125 INSPECTIONS AND FEES.
   The Health Officer shall periodically inspect food handling establishments to determine that such establishments conform to this chapter. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange may adopt fees for health services and the administration of this chapter which fees shall be collected and retained by the County of Orange. (Ord. 5421 § 1; April 19, 1994.)
