6.52.010 OBSTRUCTING AISLES PROHIBITED.
   It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation having charge or control of any room or building or portion of any building used for the purpose of worship, instruction or entertainment, or for theatrical or operatic purposes, or for a moving picture theater, or for any other public use or amusement, to place or maintain, or to cause or permit to be placed or maintained in any aisle, passageway or exit of such room or building or portion thereof, so used during any service, performance, exhibitions, picture show, lecture, concert or any other public assembly therein, any chair, sofa, settee, box, stool or seat, or any other obstruction, and each and every day or fractional part of a day that any such chair, sofa, settee, box, stool, seat or any other obstruction shall be so placed or maintained in any such aisle, passageway or exit in any such room or building used for the purpose herein set forth shall be deemed a separate offense.
