6.48.010 SOLICITORS FOR SALE OF PATENT MEDICINE — KEEPING SAMPLES AWAY FROM CHILDREN.
   It is unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation to canvass for the sale of patent or proprietary medicine, and by so doing distribute or throw upon any street, alley or lot in the City of Anaheim any sample or samples of any patent or proprietary medicine or medicines where the same may be taken up by children, and is unlawful for any such person or persons, firm or corporation to deliver or cause to be delivered any sample of such patent or proprietary medicine or medicines to any person under the age of eighteen years, provided that nothing in this section shall affect or apply to the sale or delivery of such samples of patent or proprietary medicines within any licensed drugstore in the City of Anaheim.
