.010 It is unlawful for any person to brandish a replica or facsimile of a firearm in a rude, angry or threatening manner with the intent to frighten, vex, harass or annoy any other person.
.020 Violation of this section is a misdemeanor.
.030 "Replica" or "facsimile" of a firearm as used in this section shall include, but is not limited to, toy guns, starter pistols, air guns and inoperative firearms or any other device which might reasonably be perceived as representing a real firearm. (Ord. 4736 § 1; July 22, 1986.)
