6.17.080 RULING ON OBJECTIONS — JURISDICTION TO PROCEED.
   By motion or resolution at the conclusion of the hearing the City Council shall allow or overrule any objections. At that time the City Council acquires jurisdiction to proceed and perform the work of removal. (Ord. 1531 § 1 (part); December 20, 1960.)
