6.16.060   COST OF ABATEMENT.
   The designated officer shall cause to be kept an itemized account of the costs of abatement. The designated officer shall cause to be posted conspicuously on the property and shall also serve the owner of the property by certified mail a statement showing the cost of the abatement.
