4.98.080 PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished in the manner provided in Section 1.01.370. Failure of a permittee to conform to all applicable provisions of this chapter shall constitute ground for denial of a subsequent permit under this chapter.
