4.98.060 EXPIRATION OF TEMPORARY PERMIT.
   Every temporary permit for the display, sale or peddling of goods, wares, merchandise, food items or other things of value during the Annual Halloween Parade and Festival shall expire on November 5th of the year for which said permit was approved and issued. (Ord. 4951 § 2 (part); August 30, 1988.)
