An applicant for a license to operate or conduct an Escort Bureau or Introductory Service or a holder of such a license shall report immediately to the License Collector any transfer of ownership or profit interest in said establishment, any change of address of the persons, corporations, partnerships or associations having ownership or profit interest in the Escort Bureau or Introductory Service.
