The Director may promulgate administrative rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, which he or she deems necessary to properly exercise the authority conferred hereunder. All such rules and regulations shall be kept on file and available for public inspection in the Anaheim Planning Department and a copy thereof shall be furnished to any applicant, registrant or member of the public upon request.
