4.80.130 DRIVER'S PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any driver to operate any motor vehicle as part of a jitney service within the City of Anaheim unless there exists a valid permit so to do as herein provided. (Ord. 2267 § 1 (part); March 22, 1966.)
