4.10.020   NEWSRACKS - EXCEPTION.
   The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to the sale or offer for sale of periodicals in any newsracks authorized pursuant to Chapter 4.82 of this Code. (Ord. 5750 § 1 (part); December 19, 2000.)
