4.05.160   EFFECT OF SHORT-TERM RENTALS ORDINANCE ON OTHER PROVISIONS OF CODE.
   The issuance of any short-term rental permit pursuant to this chapter shall not relieve the owner of the obligation to comply with all other provisions of this code pertaining to the use and occupancy of the short-term rental or the property on which it is located.
