If the permittee violates any provision of this chapter, or any condition of a permit issued pursuant thereto, the City of Anaheim may revoke the permit. City of Anaheim employees who have authority to revoke the permit include the Director, personnel assigned to the Police Department, Fire Department and Code Enforcement Division of the Planning Department. Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or any of the terms and conditions of the film permit shall be a misdemeanor punishable as set forth in Section 1.01.370 of the Anaheim Municipal Code.
