3.12.020 KEEPING OF RECORDS — APPLICABILITY OF AUDIT.
   Section 3.04.250 shall apply to all statements required to be filed under this chapter; provided however, that inspection of books and records pursuant to this chapter shall be limited specifically to those books and payroll records reflecting the employees and other persons engaged in the business activity. (Ord. 5368 § 1 (part); May 18, 1993.)
