The validity of a Resolution of Intention, a Resolution of Formation or an assessment levied under this chapter shall not be contested in any action or proceeding unless the action or proceeding is commenced within thirty (30) days after the resolution of formation levying the assessment is adopted pursuant to Section 2.14.090. Any appeal from a final judgment in an action or proceeding shall be perfected within thirty (30) days after the entry of judgment. (Ord. 6174 § 1 (part); July 27, 2010.)
