2.14.060   NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING.
   Notice of a public hearing held under Section 2.14.080 shall be given by the mailing of a complete copy of the resolution of intention by first-class mail to each business owner in the district that will be subject to the assessment, within seven (7) days of the City Council's adoption of the resolution of intention. (Ord. 6174 § 1 (part); July 27, 2010.)
