1.14.030 REPORTING ADHERENCE TO STANDARDS TO POST COMMISSION.
   Pursuant to Section 13512, Chapter 1, of the California Penal Code, the Commission and its representatives may make such inquiries as deemed appropriate by the Commission to ascertain that the City of Anaheim's public safety dispatcher personnel adhere to standards for selection and training established by the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.(Ord. 5624, Nov. 18, 1997.)
*Non-applicability of Section 1.01.370 - It is expressly provided herein (Ord. 5624) by the City Council that Section 1.01.370, of Chapter 1.01, of Title 1, of the Anaheim Municipal Code does not apply to this Ordinance.
