1.12.120 TRANSPARENCY IN CITY GOVERNMENT ON CITY WEBSITE.
   In accordance with Anaheim’s commitment to transparency in City government, the City Manager shall cause to be created a, “Transparency in City Government” web page within the City’s website. A link to this web page shall be conspicuously identified on the primary page of the City’s website. The “Transparency in City Government” web page shall make available certain public reports, forms, city documents, and city financial information. The City Manager shall determine those materials which shall be available on the City’s “Transparency in City Government” web page, provided, however, that such material shall include, at a minimum, those public reports, forms, city documents, and city financial information specified by a Resolution of the City Council, as such resolution may be amended from time to time. Nothing in this section shall be construed to require the disclosure of documents, records and information which is exempt from disclosure under state and federal law.
