.010 The regular meetings of the City Council shall be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall within the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim, California, or in such place within the City to which any such meeting may be adjourned. Regular meetings shall be held on the days and at the times as are specified by resolution of the City Council.
.020 Notwithstanding subdivision .010, above, when the Council Chambers are being remodeled or repaired or are otherwise not available for the holding of said Council meetings, such Council meetings may be held at such place within the City as is designated by the Mayor, or if he should fail to act, by three members of the City Council.
